Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
